We crafted With Pizza to do just as the name implies; to pair perfectly with your favorite pizza dishes. Tomato sauce, dried herbs, mozzarella cheese, and charred crust means we need a wine that balances and compliments the acidic nature of the sauce, fragrant dried herbs, rich cheese blend, and the smoky charred crust. To do this we crafted this wine to have rich flavors of dark fruit and mellow acidity. This wine is well rounded, smooth, and has everything needed to take the best pizza in town and make it even better.
