From sushi to pizza to BBQ you can rest assured that if we say it pairs, you’re going to have a great meal with it. Gone are the days of staring helplessly at the store shelves and guessing what to bring for dinner.

We live for the moments around the table. We believe a great food and wine pairing brings a special joy to life and that finding great wines to pair with your meals shouldn’t be complicated. We are a team of winemakers and sommeliers that have one goal in mind, to make the joy of great food and wine pairings more accessible than ever before.

Our Wines

With Pizza.
We crafted this wine to have rich notes of dark fruit and mellow acidity. Not too heavy in flavor and not too light, this wine has just enough body to take the best pizza in town and make it even better. Pairs with pizza, pastas, and many other Italian style dishes that use tomato as a base ingredient.

With Sushi.
We crafted this refreshing white to have notes of citrus, pear, and minerality that marries this wine to the beautiful flavors of the sea. Pairs with sushi and many other Asian style dishes.

With Barbecue.
We crafted this wine with deep flavors of black cherry and pepper to make for a top notch pairing with just about any grilled dish you want to throw at it. Pairs with grilled steaks, chicken, burgers, sausages or ribs.

With Seafood.
We crafted a wine that features notes of citrus and stone fruit along with a medium level of acidity to balance the richness while building upon the beautiful flavor of whatever seafood you enjoy it with. Pairs with salmon, scallop, crab, shrimp dishes.
Our Process
We work with outstanding winemakers and Sommeliers who have mastered their craft to make wines that pair perfectly with their intended meals, every time. Wine is nature’s drink, and we intend to keep it that way. Our head of winemaking operations says it best, “The best wines are made by using outstanding fruit, fermenting with a quality yeast, aging in new oak or stainless steel, and getting out of the way. Nature takes care of the rest, we are merely custodians to the natural process.” Our winemakers have earned top ratings from Robert Parker, BTI, and countless local competitions.
